Mr. Suciu joined the Oliver Law Group, PC in March of 2012. Prior to joining the Oliver Law Group, Mr. Suciu represented and provided counsel to several dietary supplement manufacturers and retailers. Mr. Suciu guided these companies through all aspects of their businesses including; FDA and FTC regulatory guidelines, advertising and labeling, insurance and litigation issues.

Mr. Suciu’s practice focuses on business consulting and class action litigation, with an emphasis on dietary supplements and food.

Mr. Suciu graduated from Wayne State University School of Law in 2008, where he also received his Master in Business Administration.
In 2013, Mr. Suciu was recognized as a “Rising Star” by SuperLawyers Magazine.

For 2014, Mr. Suciu was again recognized as a “Rising Star” by SuperLawyers Magazine.

Nick Suciu is an attorney with the Oliver Law Group and has extensive experience and knowledge regarding the dietary, bodybuilding, and sports supplement industry and the science behind these supplements. Before joining the Oliver Law Group, Nick Suciu represented several dietary, bodybuilding, and sports supplements manufacturers and retailers and advised these clients in the areas of FDA regulatory, advertising and marketing law making sure the science behind these products backed up their claims. Now with the Oliver Law Group, Mr. Suciu is dedicated to fighting to protect consumers from sports nutrition and dietary supplement manufacturers who intend to mislead consumers with their claims.
